The Nigerian Army on Thursday said its troops killed 21 equipped desperados in the progressing leeway task at Tunga Daji in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara. Brig. – Gen. Texas Chukwu, the Director, Army Public Relations, said in an announcement that numerous brigands got away with shot injuries in fight with warriors on April 4. He unveiled that an armed force officer and a fighter lost their lives in the furious fight with the crooks. Chukwu said the troops recouped five AK 47; one Light Machine Gun, five AK 47 magazines and 35 rounds of 7.62mm unique ammo.
